Anyone can report an event without an account. A person will review the report and decide on any action.
Provide your name and email unless an applicable offence exception permits omission. Without a usable email address we cannot email a receipt or outcome. An asserted exception is assessed by a person.
Report data is retained for three years after completion. Your identity is not disclosed to the Creator unless strictly necessary for review or required by law.
