Choose a plan based on how often you create events. Basic includes 4 events per month, Plus includes 8, and Pro includes 12. The more events you create, the more you save — up to 55% with Pro. Your first month is free, and you can cancel anytime. See subscriptions →
Subscriptions are ideal for creators who regularly host events and want a monthly event allowance at a lower effective price. Event packages are perfect for creators who prefer flexibility: pay once, use your credits when you need them, and save up to 33%.
Absolutely! You can publish a single event for €29.90 or purchase event credit packages. Get 10 credits for €249.90 or 25 credits for €499.90. Each credit covers one event publication and can be redeemed within 12 months. No subscription needed. See event packages →

Yes. Upload a video for a more dynamic event page and add several images and videos as a gallery.
Categories and tags describe your event so it reaches the right audience.
Box office settings → Check-in app users → Add user → name, email, events → (optional) in-person orders / membership access → tick “Email a login link” → Save. They receive a magic login email (valid 24 h or until first use).
Yes. Create promo codes for your tickets while you set up pricing.
Yes. The LOUCO Check-in app is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). You decide who gets access in your Ticketing & Box office settings.

1.9 % + €0.30 per ticket, plus VAT on the fee. You decide whether you absorb the fee or buyers pay it. Payment provider fees (Stripe, PayPal) come on top, paid by the creator; payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, cards) are chosen in your Stripe account and fees vary by method.
Directly to your own Stripe or PayPal account, not through LOUCO. Stripe usually about 7 days after payment; PayPal varies by account. Payout schedules are managed in Stripe/PayPal.
Yes. Ticket sales only work once Stripe or PayPal is connected. You can publish without it, but ticket sales stay disabled: guests see the event but can’t buy tickets.

Invite via LOUCO username, email or CSV upload (web or app). Email invitation + in-app notification (“My Invitations”). With ticketing: decline or accept by getting a ticket. Without ticketing: accept/decline; accepted events are saved under “My Events”. Reminders from web or app. Statuses synced across web and app.
Yes. Switch between your private account and multiple creator accounts in one tap.
On publish or update, followers with notifications enabled are notified. No algorithm decides who sees your updates.
